Lottie O'Byrne

Lottie O'Byrne

Midlands

In October 2018, teenager Lottie O’Byrne had surgery to correct two curves in her spine as a result of scoliosis. Following her recovery, Lottie decided to set up Smiles for Scoliosis, with the aim to put together care packages for other children and young people who are recovering from spinal fusion surgery. For over a year now, she has been gifting other RJAH scoliosis patients with care packages to make their recovery following surgery that little bit easier.

Nominated by: Rt Hon Owen Paterson MP
